Good Decisions!

I feel like there are a lot of mornings where I wake up and don't make GOOD DECISIONS.

Making good choices for the day is ROUGH! I would rather wake up, have some coffee with a ton of creamer and sugar and a donut or two or maybe three if I feel really really hungry. Or maybe I will have a bowl of super sugary cereal with a bunch of whole milk because it's there and why not? Or maybe Pop Tarts or a waffle or two with peanut butter or Nutella on it or who knows what else?! I could spend ALL DAY making a ton of bad decisions!

But if I start the day off with even one or two GOOD decisions I find it is MUCH easier to spend my WHOLE day making good choices for myself!

If I get up and drink my Pink Drink first thing in the morning, take my vitamins, and have a protein shake for breakfast - even if I do any one of those things! - it is so, so much easier to spend the rest of my day seriously thinking about what I eat or do with my body before anything happens. I will choose a lighter lunch, I will go for a long walk, I will do stretches and aerobics, I will plan dinner. I will do more chores, more picking up, and will run more errands. I will put thought into blog posts elsewhere and what I share on social media. I will purposefully have meaningful conversations with people.

Starting my day off with ONE good decision leads to a FULL DAY of good choices!

So BE POSITIVE and start your day off right!
